The Vertical Jump Project: The Way To Higher Vertical Leaps
The vertical jump project was introduced by Luke Lowery. This project is about the ways in which you can enhance your vertical jump by using the top workout towards one big goal – that is to jump higher, specifically adding more inches into your vertical leap. Though the project claims that it can double a vertical leap, you need not focus on theory. When doing the vertical jump project, you must concentrate on the ways that you can reach a higher jump though the help of the vertical leap program.
In the vertical jump program, you will come to learn different jumping workout, plyometric instruction, isometrics as well as strength workouts and all of these are intended to aid you in boosting your vertical jump, plus maintain your great shape. Here is the key to a successful vertical leap project – you must not concentrate exclusively on the one-off leg workout but you need to focus on the ways in which you can enhance an entire body power training and stamina by simply using distinct workout which will augment your vertical jump soon.
Although there are so many people who think that working solely on the legs will increase vertical jump, it should not be your focus. Yes, single workouts, such as leg exercises, do have benefits for your body but it is not the best solution that will give you best results when it comes to your vertical leap. Correspondingly, should you be trying to achieve great abs, do not stick to simple abs exercises such as the infamous crunches. The truth is that crunches cannot actually provide you that kind of abs that you want. What you need are additional workouts.
Do you want a stronger body? The answer to that is your own core. Those core muscles should be the foundation as well as the pillar to your power. If it is powerful, there is a chance that you will also have more strength which can make you leap higher and do better. One great example is the popular Aussie Rules Footballers. Their bodies are not just well-conditioned but well-proportioned making their leaps higher than the others. And then again, we have all been fascinated at how those brawny NBA players go into the air during NBA games. It is because both their lower and upper bodily power is far-fetched. Ever wondering how they do it? It’s simple. It is because of the type of workout that they perform for their fiery sport. And also, full body power programs are not forgotten on the list.
The vertical leap project usually covers a fifteen week workout program which is made up of particular training aimed at leaping higher and rigorous workouts that enhance a total body power. As cited earlier, be sure to concentrate on progressively enhancing your vertical jump through the vertical jump project. Remember not to set a very high expectation that you can double your jump in a blink if an eye. Doing so will only disappoint you and make you give up soon. In any program, gradual improvement must be your goal. Thus, you need patience in doing the vertical jump project to make it work for you.
